Sales Performance Analyst

Citi is seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Analyst to join our Consumer Sales team. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue and volume momentum.
**Key Responsibilities:**
We are looking for an individual who can assist the Team Manager in building revenue and volume momentum by monitoring individual telesales daily sales performance through call monitoring. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure a high standard of quality service delivered and coach telesales in order to achieve target.
The ideal candidate will also review MIS reports to measure telesales standard of performance, handle and track customer complaints, investigate root cause and rectify with corrective and preventive measures. Furthermore, they will provide training, team briefing, case sharing to enhance selling and servicing skills.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years relevant experience in consumer banking or a related field
- Demonstrated coordination, communication and negotiation skills
- Driven, results-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of credit card acquisition, portfolio management and insurance would be an advantage
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan and paid time off.
