Strategic Sales Performance Leader

Oracle is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Performance Leader to drive sales effectiveness and productivity in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading initiatives that promote sales performance and customer satisfaction, while driving a high-performing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading programs to increase sales performance and productivity, as well as managing processes related to customer satisfaction surveys. They will also be expected to orchestrate and gain advocacy from stakeholders and internal partners to achieve results.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can generate valuable insights from data to inform decision-making and define priorities with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying and leveraging best practices from peers in other regions and proposing innovative ideas to improve people and customer initiatives.
This role requires strong communication and presentation skills to engage internal customers and stakeholders, as well as the ability to design, understand, and manage data visualizations and Excel.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Job Requirements:**
- 7+ years of experience in customer and/or people programs from an operational point of view
- Proven record of accomplishment in leading customer satisfaction processes and driving actions plans to increase customer satisfaction
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in different time zones and identify and align internal resources as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
