About the Role:
The HR Business Partner Intern will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of various HR disciplines, develop skills in human resources, and learn how HR professionals partner with functional leaders to achieve talent and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Business Partner team with daily administrative operations, including answering general HR questions and responding to ad-hoc requests.
- Work on assigned projects related to Human Resources, such as preparing infographics, presentations, and job aids for HR and internal communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the entire HR team to understand areas of process improvement and develop ideas and materials.
- Work closely with Business Inclusion Groups to hear out needs, plan and organize ideas, and attend Global Business Inclusion Group meetings.
- Plan and organize HR and Employee Experiences events, working with the Facilities team and other stakeholders.
- Research and review possible and actual vendors to leverage employee discounts and merchandise or services.
- Propose and execute Well Being and DEI ideas, and participate in Global meetings and initiatives related to these topics.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student of Organizational Psychology or any business-related bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and general knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Canvas, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English level.
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week between 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday and 2 days at the office at least.
