Job Summary
Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Champion to support the company's strategic initiatives and partnering with product development functional teams to deliver key competency training and learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop solutions
- Design and deliver training sessions to promote employee development and engagement
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness
- Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Complete or In Progress)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
