Business Development Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team at P&S L Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Consultation and Value Add: Provide valuable insights and advice to clients, help them achieve their business goals, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Understand and communicate the full range of P&S L Group's services, identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- CRM and Project System Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, track sales and project progress, and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Strong Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, ability to develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, ability to analyze business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and other relevant software applications.
