**Job Summary**

Uplift Talent is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, ensuring timely and accurate credit and collections, and identifying and resolving remittance discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including aging and reconciliations

• Ensure timely and accurate credit and collections, including identifying and resolving remittance discrepancies

• Investigate and resolve unbilled and disallowed amounts

• Identify and present uncollectible amounts to management for approval to write-off

• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable on an ongoing basis

• Assist in the billing process as needed

• Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R to provide management with a better understanding of collection efforts

• Perform caregiver scheduling and timecard approval as needed

• Support other accounting and finance team members

• Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**

• Advanced level of English

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Three years of related experience required

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Strong team player

• Excel skills, including sort, filter, basic formulas, sumif, vlookup, pivot table, and MS Word

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees at all levels

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute as an essential member of the team

• Willingness to occasionally contribute outside of regular business hours to meet necessary deadlines

• Knowledge of Sage Intacct and QuickBooks beneficial
