About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our brand-new global team within Customer Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and high-quality service to our global customers, supporting our online courses and working closely with our Cambridge Online Education team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer queries within agreed timescales, maintaining the highest standard of procedural, auditor, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent service to our customers and internal contacts globally, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
  • Accept orders and investigate queries across hundreds of customers, ranging from individual students to large distributors, societies, members, or agents.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and experience, contributing to changes and developments in the customer experience.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and efficient individual with excellent communication skills, able to provide a high level of service to our customers and internal contacts. You will be experienced in dealing with customers at all levels, remaining approachable in a pressured environment. Proficiency in English is required due to our customer base.
