We are seeking a highly skilled ERP HCM Technology Consultant to join our team at Hexaware Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical expertise in Workday HCM areas, including Organizations, Security, BP Configurations, and Workday Integrations Implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain security groups, ensuring robust access controls and data protection.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and share information, driving system build, updates, and enhancements.
- Provide post-implementation support, resolving issues and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
- Stay current on industry trends, approaches, and updates, utilizing Workday Community and other resources.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in Workday HCM.
- Certification in Workday Integrations and Workday Studio.
- Excellent technical design and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
