Enterprise Sales Representative for LATAM Markets

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to drive the growth of our CORE products in Latin America. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to exceed sales objectives within a set of named Enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement account sales plans, meeting and exceeding sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Develop and lead sales pipelines by prospecting and assessing new sales potential while moving transactions through the sales process.
  • Run customer and transactional information in a CRM system and coordinate sources throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers and nurture relationships with existing accounts.
  • Stay ahead of competition, driven issues, and products, and practice effective communication with management, customers, and support staff.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales and/or lead qualification experience, including outbound prospecting.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate at a business level, both verbally and in writing.
  • Desire to bring new customers into the CRM franchise and increase revenue, with a consistent track record of overachieving sales goals in a large geographic territory.
  • Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions in Mexico. As a Salesforce employee, you will also have access to additional benefits and perks, such as unlimited vacation days and extended parental leave.
