Business Development Leader for US and LATAM Markets

Salary: The base salary for this position is negotiable based on experience, with a competitive compensation package that includes benefits.

Job Description: As an Account Executive Director, your primary responsibility will be leading business development efforts to strengthen and expand our presence in the US and LATAM markets. You will utilize HubSpot CRM to manage client relationships, sales pipelines, and business operations, frequently traveling (50%) between the US and LATAM regions to foster client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • +5 years of Experience in International Business (Import-Export)
  • +5 years of Leadership experience as a Sales Account Executive (Director level)
  • Proven understanding of US-LATAM business dynamics
  • A valid US Visa for travel purposes
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Total of +10 years of experience in the Import and Export industry between LATAM And USA and leadership experience

Benefits:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
