Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Service:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and training received to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff and engineers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure they are fully utilizing our products and services.

Sales:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

General:

  • Demonstrate ability to work independently with little supervision, when required.
  • Demonstrate ability to use good judgment in resolving problems and making recommendations.

Requirements

Education:

  • AS degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • BS degrees in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 0-5+ years of experience in sales or related customer-facing activity.
  • Experience with sales or customer-facing activity strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to convey key features of company products in a convincing manner.
  • Ability to work from schematics using various test equipment and mathematical calculations specific to electronics.
  • Ability to effectively interface with customers, service department personnel, and sales support staff.
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills and ability with relevant MS Office programs.
