Senior Account Executive, Commercial Sales

Genesys is a global leader in customer experience orchestration, empowering organizations to deliver exceptional experiences at scale. As a Senior Account Executive, Commercial Sales, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the West Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses.
  • Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize bookings, generating and achieving monthly forecasts.
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders as a Genesys representative.
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team and assist in developing short-, medium-, and long-term plans.
  • Interact with senior management and executives to ensure objectives are met and influence thinking or gain acceptance in sensitive situations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to move deals through the sales cycle and build relationships with key players in customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years' sales management experience in the technology industry.
  • High energy, results-oriented achiever with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales and leadership skills.
