We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our North Region Franchise operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing operations, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Oversee daily operations, including marketing, commercial, and financial activities, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of Coca-Cola Company's vision and strategies in the North Region, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the franchise, including localization of plans, monitoring of key indicators, and execution of strategies with bottling partners.
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation, such as designing a segmentation model to leverage and develop operational capabilities to address local opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other regions and operations peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.
  • Responsible for the P&L, budget, and other KPIs such as volume and transactions of the territory.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience within the KO System or within the industry.
  • Desired marketing and commercial experience.
  • Recommended bottler marketing or commercial strategy experience and understanding of retail (modern, traditional, and on-premise channel).
  • Ability to guide and collaborate with bottler in the decision-making process involved in key areas such as RGM, budget, and other commercial initiatives.
  • Acts with a high level of autonomy, making sound and mindful decisions that impact KO and bottler guidelines, principles, and impact.
  • Continuously finds new ways to identify regional market opportunities, generating value across the system in alignment with the BU strategic priorities.
