Job Title: Sales and Business Advisor
Location: MX - Central Office - Santa Fe
Job Summary:
Goodyear is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising and managing customer accounts to achieve sell in/sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish sell in/sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.
- Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.
- Develop business opportunities to support company growth.
- Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with customers.
- Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related courses.
- Three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in the tire and/or retail market.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills, with a target-focused and planning development approach.
- Strong business acumen, teamwork skills, and the ability to balance customer-oriented and results-driven approaches.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
