Job Summary:

Goodyear is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Advisor to join our team. As a Sales and Business Advisor, you will be responsible for advising and managing customer accounts to achieve sell-in/sell-out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote sell-out, following business priorities
  • Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues
  • Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win/win business
  • Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers' business needs
  • Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities
  • Develop long-term relationships

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Sales experience
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and related courses
  • Desired: MBA or similar
