Key Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Incident Resolution Specialist will lead the incident management process with authority and confidence, taking control of the recovery process from the outset. The role requires effective communication, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely mitigation and resolution of incidents.

About the Role:

  • Ensure compliance with major incident management processes to achieve speedy resolution within SLA targets.
  • Manage major incidents with leadership and technical expertise to drive efficient recovery and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of well-written internal communications during major incidents.
  • Participate in post-mortem calls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for continuous service improvement.

About You:

To succeed as an Enterprise Incident Resolution Specialist at Thomson Reuters, you will require:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in ITIL-certified environments.
  • ITIL certification (foundations) is highly valued.
  • Excellent English language proficiency is essential.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
