About the Role
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to resolve escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including field employees, executives, and channel partners, to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide professional solutions to customer inquiries and complaints
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for prompt resolution
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in business administration or computer science
- 2-4 years of experience in a telephone support position
- Advanced English language skills
- Portuguese language proficiency
- Verbal communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software
