Colgate-Palmolive, a global leader in consumer goods, is seeking an Ecommerce Key Account Strategist to join our team. Based in Mexico City, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and improve market share in the digital commerce landscape.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of ecommerce dynamics, and a proven track record of success in managing key accounts. As an Ecommerce Key Account Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow sales, increase market share, and improve services with direct customers, including omnichannel and pure players.

Main Responsibilities:

Formulate strategic plans to ensure maximum volume, profitability, and customer serviceResponsibility for the combined efforts of direct reports and agency personnel at all accounts to deliver sales goals on volume, spending, and retail executionConduct detailed analysis of business trends in each account to include brand share, pricing, promotion levels, and trade class developmentStimulate a team approach across all functional areas involved in developing key customers' business, such as Marketing, IBE, CS&L, regulatory, finance, and PVAResponsible for achieving a successful strategy in the 6P+A execution for Online Retailers to grow rapidly in digital commerceRecruit, train, and develop team personnel so that each individual performs at their highest potentialBuild and manage relationships with key players and the customers at the regional/or store level

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, business administration, international trade, or related fieldsAt least +3 years in the commercial area managing customers or ecommerce customers (Preferable)At least +3 years of field sales experience working at POS either physical or digitalExcel proficiency for handling large amounts of informationDOMO intermediate skills or willingness to learn quicklyDigitally savvy and curious, understands the dynamics of ecommerce

Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
