About the Role

Yokogawa Electric Corporation, a leading provider of industrial automation, test and measurement, information systems, and industrial services, seeks an experienced Geographic Growth Manager to drive significant growth across assigned territories. This role is a critical part of our Mexico Go-To-Market plan, focusing on demand creation for our solutions, products, and services.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Mexico Go-To-Market plan to drive growth through End User, System Integrators, EPCs, OEMs, and Rep Channel.
  • Create and maintain regional coverage strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and comply with policies, processes, and programs for our Account teams.
  • Participate in regular reviews for assigned Accounts, tracking progress against commitments.
  • Meet and exceed annual targets within assigned territories/account base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • 2-5 years of experience in process control industry or equivalent Account Management skills.
  • Strong understanding of DCS, instrumentation, safety systems, and applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
