About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Technical Resource Center Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance and guidance to our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and advice to customers via phone and online tools
- Assist in resolving technical issues, including hardware/software configuration problems and product failures
- Manage customer issues using our case tracking system and escalate to the next level of support when necessary
- Share and document knowledge via FAQ and KB articles
- Participate in team projects to enhance customer success
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Aptitude for providing excellent customer service, including clear communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
- Positive self-starter, able to take direction and work within a team environment
- Aptitude and eagerness to learn and support new products and systems
