Job Description

TALINK is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, executing, and reporting marketing campaigns within the Marketo platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer engagement.
  2. Marketo Expertise: Leverage Marketo to build, deploy, and monitor critical demand generation programs, including engagement programs, trigger, and batch campaigns, email, webinar, and live event programs.
  3. Program Management: Partner with internal stakeholders to execute best-in-class Marketo programs in support of the buyer journey, including demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
  4. Data Hygiene: Maintain data hygiene to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting.
  5. Marketing Automation Best Practices: Implement marketing automation best practices, ensure proper end-to-end testing of all programs, and increase database growth through continued optimization.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Deliver reporting and analysis on program performance, conversion, attribution, and effectiveness.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all program assets and data management programs adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CCPA, CASL, and email laws such as CAN-SPAM.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience within the Marketo platform with proven technical proficiency.
  2. Certifications: Marketo Certified Expert preferred.
  3. Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, specifically building emails and landing pages that are responsive.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Functional knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems, content marketing, paid and owned media, as it relates to marketing automation.
  5. Tools and Software: Functional knowledge of third-party tools that integrate with Marketo, such as Salesforce, chatbots, ad programs, and ABM programs.
  6. Soft Skills: Self-starter who is highly accountable and communicative, excellent English written and verbal communications, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.
