The Role
We're seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the administration of our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. Your responsibilities will include managing licensing, service administration, and vendor relationships, as well as maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, while coordinating procurement and budgeting for IT materials and resources.
- Evaluate and adapt vendor concepts and services to meet Novo Nordisk's needs, and negotiate terms as necessary.
- Implement automation solutions to improve service efficiency and reduce manual workload, while providing technical support and problem-solving expertise across various IT systems and services.
- Support IT security initiatives, ensuring systems and data are protected in compliance with internal and external standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of proven experience in system administration, IT service management, and infrastructure management, with good exposure to IT specific applications related to Security or Infrastructure.
- Strong technical skills in managing IT systems, including experience with platforms like Tenable, VMware, Azure, and Splunk.
- Hands-on experience in managing ITIL / Agile Process in Service delivery.
- Experience managing costs, licenses, and support for vendors and technologies such as CyberArk, Splunk, Tenable, AWS, Azure, Microsoft, HP, Dell, vmWare, is desirable Redhat.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish required.
