About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Percepta International. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership and support to a team of professionals, ensuring that they meet customer and employee satisfaction while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management
    • Be responsible for a team that processes new business submissions from various sales channels.
    • Monitor and maintain service levels/processing time to ensure specialists are properly supporting the program.
    • Manage customer handling processes.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Develop, coach, support and evaluate the team; responsible for the development of the team.
    • Hold monthly scorecard meetings.
    • Provide feedback and coaching timely.
    • Discuss and implement career development opportunities.
  • Customer Interaction
    • Interact with Business Partners (clients) as needed.
    • Attend Business Partner meetings to resolve issues and discuss program changes and enhancements.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Work with Program Manager on monthly business reports as needed.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Evaluate and coach back customer service skills in quality assurance process.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Strive to continuously improve Employee Survey results and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School graduate.
  • Experience
    • Experience with commercial sales orders or contracts.
    • Strong understanding of Percepta/TTEC business, core values, and goals.
  • Skills
    • Bilingual skills required, Spanish and English.
    • Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
    • High customer service orientation.
    • Coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills.
