Job Overview

The successful candidate will be a key member of our sales team, reporting directly to the COO. As a Sales and Customer Success Manager, you will bridge the gap between initial sales processes and post-sales customer experience, amplifying the product's value to customers and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Sales collaboration and partnership with Account Executives to identify customer needs and tailor product offerings.
  • Product demonstrations to showcase the transformative potential of using Operational Intelligence (OI) for decision-making.
  • Support for onboarding internal consultants, including assisting with kick-off sessions, user training, and addressing technical issues.
  • Collaboration with Account Managers and the Customer Success team during Quarterly Value Reviews (QVRs), providing technical proofs of customer value creation and related facts.
  • Organizing and conducting webinars and training sessions with the product and CS teams to ensure customers maximize their product usage.
  • Designing and articulating value narratives specific to customers, producing technical content when necessary, and providing data points for value stories and case studies.
