About the Role

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Luxury Goods Stock Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our inventory levels, process shipments, and maintain accurate records. If you have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are comfortable with technology, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, update inventory records, and ensure accurate labeling and organization of products.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Assist in fulfilling orders with attention to detail, ensuring correct item selection, shipment method, and packaging guidelines.
  • Claims and Discrepancies: Manage claims for damaged packages in coordination with shipping partners, boutiques, and corporate teams.
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom, assisting front-of-house staff with item retrieval, unsold merchandise, and expired holds.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and front-of-house staff to coordinate new deliveries, stock updates, and timely product displays.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in stock or similar roles in a retail brand company or small luxury business.
  • Excellent customer service skills along with transparent and effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • The ability to perform the physical elements of the job, including carrying boxes, standing, and using a step ladder.
