Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Strategic Account Management team. In this role, you will manage the activities of the sales account management team and be responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff.

You will establish the sales strategy for the team and direct account teams to optimize relationships focusing on sales strategy, sales support, customer service, technology development, and ongoing technical and post-sales support.

You will enforce all aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and identifying any necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
