About the Role

As a Program Manager for Amazon Flex New Business, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth for Amazon's last mile delivery operation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the cutting edge of logistics and operations, leveraging data science, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to develop new business opportunities and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management teams to develop and implement strategic new business initiatives.
  • Support new product and program launches, including working with other programs and product management team leaders to leverage Flex as a last mile solution.
  • Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Fluent English (C1 level, verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
