Adjuster Claims Specialist

About the Role:
The Claims Support Coordinator will be responsible for handling claims documents and assigning new claims or activities to our team's Adjusters for processing. This is an exciting opportunity to make a world of difference to our policyholders in critical moments.
Key Responsibilities:
✦ Communicate effectively with customers and third parties to assess and take decisions on claim evidence.
✦ Process different basic claim activities, such as maintaining assignation databases and uploading documents to the system.
✦ Reporting complaints and compliments received via email or phone.
About You:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will have experience in insurance operations, claims, or a related area, and be proficient in English and Spanish (with Portuguese a plus).
