- Language Ability: CEFR/VERSANT= Language Ability B1 Level.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate empathy and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Adaptability: Openness to work flexible hours as required, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
