  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Language Skills: Possess excellent language skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: 2-year associate degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 6-12 months of retail Omni-channel e-commerce experience focusing on product support, warranty, and customer experience.
  • Language Ability: CEFR/VERSANT= Language Ability B1 Level.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate empathy and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Openness to work flexible hours as required, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
