Commercial Strategies and Value Offer Specialist

The Commercial Strategies and Value Offer Specialist is an intermediate-level position responsible for providing commercial support services, including campaign planning, value offer strategies, and tactics development. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer behavior and develop data-driven campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Develop and defend a view on key analytic customer behaviors to drive a clear and concrete campaigns strategy.
- Drive the quantitative sizings for all potential SME strategies and tactics, including new offers/channels, new delivery mechanisms, etc.
- Define roadmap across markets knowledge, data, products benefits, and value offer. Planning, developing, and strategy campaign execution.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial strategies and value offer development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- High-level knowledge of industry standards and practices.
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
