The Role

We are seeking a skilled Consumer Market Insights (CMI) Professional to join our team in Mexico. As a CMI Coordinator B&W, you will play a critical role in identifying insights that drive demand creation for our Beauty & Wellbeing categories and brands.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market and category behavior, understanding buyer behavior, and developing strategies to accelerate growth. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery and integration of learnings obtained with consumer studies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities through market and consumer data
  • Build and track metrics to ensure relevance, update, and attractiveness to consumers
  • Develop and implement research methodologies and tools to gather, consolidate, and build relevant insights
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses to understand consumer needs and preferences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a market research analyst, Business intelligence or similar, with a focus on Innovation and Market Analysis
  • Knowledge of research methodology and statistical concepts
  • Ability to use Social Listening tools, Google Analytics, Mintel, Generative IA
  • Advanced level of English: Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
