Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at the LEGO Group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our key customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Monitor and analyze customer performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a global, multinational company.
  • Strong commercial capabilities, with experience in both physical stores and e-commerce sales.
  • Solid strategic orientation, with a proven track record of shaping business areas.
  • Outstanding leadership and negotiation skills, analytical abilities, decision-making, communication skills, team orientation, and integrity.
