Business Operations Analyst

Citi is seeking an experienced Business Operations Analyst to join our team in a Collection Process Specialist role. As a key member of our operations support infrastructure, you will provide day-to-day operations support and work closely with various departments to ensure the efficient processing of client reports and advices.
**Responsibilities:**
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices. You will be responsible for:
- Providing regular status updates for all project participants and creating presentations for steering committee updates
- Working with Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on all regulatory business requirements
- Serving as primary liaison between key business stakeholders and technology, recommending business priorities and advising on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines
- Creating and facilitating training sessions, webcast demos, and writing User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios against specified requirements
- Managing and maintaining project plans and acting as project manager for follow-ups across various departments
- Focusing on continued delivery of regulatory client deliverables, such as legal statements/performance reporting/advices/letters/notices
**Requirements:**
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitors
- Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collection processes and be proficient in Excel. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
