Job Title: Clinical Account Specialist - Electrophysiology

Biosense Webster, Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is a global leader in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. The company has established its leadership in electrophysiology with the development of real-time, 3D cardiac mapping and navigation technology. We are currently recruiting for an ACAS Program Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program without exception.
  • Understand the dynamics of an EP lab, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
  • Assist sales in making sales presentations to customers and demonstrate proper use of products.
  • Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather company product information and market conditions.
  • Provides technical support for upgrades and other special service programs to support field service activities.
  • Develops customer and product-focused technical packages and provides technical analysis and documents as needed.
  • Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensures customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Current or previous cardiovascular and/or electrophysiology experience is preferred.
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively, wear heavy lead protective aprons, and travel up to 40% locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • Advance-level computer skills and the ability to multitask without direct oversight.
