Strategic Growth Manager

At Michelin, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, account management, and opportunity development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and requirements to drive business growth.
  • Opportunity Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing sales action plans to convert leads into sales.
  • Product, Service & Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to pitch Michelin's products and services to customers.
  • Negotiating: Develop and execute negotiation strategies to reach mutually beneficial solutions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Customer Value Management: Develop and execute channel and customer promotions to drive increased consumer preference and customer activity.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex information and identify patterns and implications. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on driving business growth and expansion.
