**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Commercial Director to lead our sales team at Accorhotel. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic commercial plans to drive revenue growth across all segments.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Director of Revenue to monitor results and adjust strategies to meet objectives and targets. Additionally, you will manage and lead the sales team from recruitment and induction through to team development, encouraging a highly proactive and high-performing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to source, drive, and grow revenue across all segments.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, including recruitment, induction, and team development.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Director of Revenue to monitor results and adjust strategies.
  • Ensure close working relationships with Ennismore regional and brand leads for Sales, Revenue, and Brand.
  • Provide local market knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with key teams to share key information and insights and build strong relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and account management activities.

**Requirements**

  • Passion and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Understanding, celebration, and embracement of the SLS brand values.
  • University degree with emphasis in Sales and Marketing is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior sales role, preferably within a luxury and/or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong market knowledge of Cancun and the key feeder markets.
  • Proven team leader with high energy and motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
