About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Global Payments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with our service standards.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of our company's products and services to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Analyze customer service needs and communicate them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Determine basic reasons for customer issues using decision trees and escalate unresolved grievances to more experienced representatives or designated departments.
  • Begins to build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for assigned clients.

What We're Looking For

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Customer Service Focused.
  • Good Communication Skills, Written and Verbal.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience.
