We're looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Senior Account Growth Strategist.

**Job Summary**

The Senior Account Growth Strategist will play a leadership role in managing the connect/relationship with key clients, guiding the team by example, and aligning with our core values of CARING. This involves managing distributed teams internally and at the client side, forging connections with different client stakeholders, and navigating the political setup for large global clients.

You will be responsible for account growth, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating communication, prioritization, resolution, and escalation of operational problems working closely with Project CEOs/Scrum Masters of different project streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with key clients and growing their accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Coordinating communication, prioritization, resolution, and escalation of operational problems
  • Working closely with Project CEOs/Scrum Masters to ensure smooth delivery

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in account management and business development
  • Experience in retail/commerce, preferably in a senior leadership position
  • Knowledge of latest technology trends/tools/frameworks
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills

**What We Offer**

As a Senior Account Growth Strategist at Nagarro, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
