We are seeking a Key Account Specialist who possesses a strong background in the sales of logistics services or freight forwarding. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as it involves interaction with international clients.

Requirements:
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken. Essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the freight transportation industry.
  • Professional experience: A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of verifiable experience as an Account Executive (Ground Freight) or in Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with ground transportation processes and freight forwarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the freight transportation sector.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our ground transportation services.
  • Lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and service agreements.
