Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer digital and ecommerce plans to drive overall business strategies.
  • Execute plans for assigned accounts, working closely with the offline team to ensure omnichannel campaigns.
  • Perfect execution by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently, and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Accountable and responsible for achieving agreed-upon Key Account targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure best-in-class econtent for assigned accounts.
  • Oversee the entire process from order placement to payment for assigned eretailers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Budget management (MAB, Trade).
