Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef and Beverage Director to join our team at Susurros del Corazon in Punta de Mita, Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the execution and supervision of a high-end food and beverage experience across our restaurants, in-room dining, banquets, and amenities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that aligns with Auberge Resorts Collection's standards and vision.
- Lead a team of managers to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and service delivery goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of unique food and beverage events, including weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.
- Collaborate with the resort's culinary and beverage teams to create innovative menus and beverage programs that showcase local flavors and ingredients.
- Manage food and beverage costs, quality, and presentation to ensure exceptional guest experiences and meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, farmers, and artisans to source high-quality ingredients and support the local community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.
- Five or more years' operating experience in a similar capacity in a top restaurant group or luxury hotel food and beverage department.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
