Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability in the food and beverage department.
  • Lead a team of food and beverage professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring that they are in line with budget and industry standards.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food and beverage services with other resort operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our food and beverage operations remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
