This role will be responsible for spearheading Bramble's lumber sales efforts by developing and executing a Business Development strategy. This strategy will position Brambles as the lumber supplier of choice for our customers by delivering unparalleled value and driving sustainable and profitable growth.

The successful candidate will be dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded, and eager to establish and lead our lumber products division in the American market. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a department from the ground up and drive its growth, ultimately becoming a significant revenue generator for our organization.

We are seeking an individual who can maximize our customers' satisfaction and drive business growth through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a Business Development strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth
  • Establish and lead our lumber products division in the American market
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth
  • Develop innovative solutions to maximize customers' satisfaction
  • Drive business growth through a customer-centric approach

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management or a related field
