About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Non-Carbonated Beverages business, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring seamless execution of Annual Operating Plans.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive volume, revenue, and profit growth
  • Collaborate with Bottler Marketing Directors/Sr. Managers to develop local marketing programs
  • Analyze business results, identify growth opportunities, and deliver action plans
  • Manage trade execution, sales teams, and key customer relationships
  • Develop and manage volume sales reports, scorecards, and internal brand investment expenses
  • Negotiate co-op management and ensure brand consistency across all activities

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Franchise, or related fields
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and communication abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerBi, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English
