About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Non-Carbonated Beverages business, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring seamless execution of Annual Operating Plans.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive volume, revenue, and profit growth
- Collaborate with Bottler Marketing Directors/Sr. Managers to develop local marketing programs
- Analyze business results, identify growth opportunities, and deliver action plans
- Manage trade execution, sales teams, and key customer relationships
- Develop and manage volume sales reports, scorecards, and internal brand investment expenses
- Negotiate co-op management and ensure brand consistency across all activities
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Franchise, or related fields
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and communication abilities
- Advanced knowledge of PowerBi, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
