About the Role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Trust & Safety team. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results. Your primary focus will be on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to non-routine inquiries from employees and managers, providing guidance on people matters and policies.

• Consult with stakeholders on complex people issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, partnering with Employee Relations and Legal departments as needed.

• Guide people managers on career conversations, development plans, and other development initiatives.

• Complete cross-functional projects and develop programs that improve the employee experience and increase manager capability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, as a Generalist or Human Capital Consultant.

• Exposure to HR Business Partner processes.

• Proficiency in MS Suite, HRIS, Workday, and other technology platform tools.

• Corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting Trust & Safety, Research Development, Data Scientist, Risk & Response, and/or Product Policy organizational pillars.

• Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs from the ground up.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

• Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
