**Sales Development Representative**

**About the Role**

As a Sales Development Representative at Uline, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers to learn about their business needs and how Uline can support them. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company with a strong commitment to customer service and quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Make daily sales calls to connect with potential Uline customers.
  • Document client details using Uline's CRM software.
  • Ask insightful questions to understand prospects' business needs and goals.
  • Schedule appointments for prospects with our sales team.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
  • 2+ years inside sales / call center experience.
  • Industrial products experience preferred.
