**About Club Feast**

Club Feast is a rapidly expanding startup that connects businesses with their preferred local restaurants, saving them 40% on pre-ordered food delivery. By reimagining the current paradigm, Club Feast saves businesses money, enhances restaurants' profitability, and improves the food delivery experience for all.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional client support for over 100 accounts in the Bay Area and NYC.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and partners for deliveries, including ETA's, remakes, cancellations, delays, and other issues.
  • Accurately enter and track data to provide sales intelligence for the team, organizing and categorizing sales lead information into Hubspot.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk or Concierge at a 5-Star hotel or similar high-end service.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas, troubleshooting, and navigating the program.
  • CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Prior experience in fast-paced administrative work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication and writing skills.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Restaurant industry experience is highly valued.
