About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at SS&C Technologies Holdings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in our comprehensive sales development program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
- Learn about our innovative products and services, as well as our sales methodology and CRM strategies.
- Own accounts and prospect into new business opportunities, building relationships and sourcing sales leads with M&A deal professionals.
- Deliver our unique value proposition to clients and uncover their requirements through effective sales discovery.
- Support the sales team to drive market share growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Participate in client events and leverage Solution Selling techniques to sell our industry-leading products.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Sales.
- 1-2 years of related work experience in a corporate setting, preferably in direct sales or retail sales.
- Proficiency in English.
- Driven to build a career in sales and hungry for success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
