**Key Responsibilities**

• Enter orders into Emerson systems with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Review purchase orders for standard requirements and pricing, including adders and specials

• Communicate with customers and sales offices to resolve discrepancies and ensure clear communication internally and externally

• Flag potential issues with purchase orders prior to entry and escalate accordingly

• Determine correct product to enter using various resources

• Determine requested ship dates that meet matrix, other system data, or as per date management standard

• Review customer open order reports and make changes in relevant systems as required

• Manage pre-booking change order and cancellation requests

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience

• Excellent detail orientation and ability to identify errors

• Experience with Oracle strongly preferred

• Proficient computer skills

• Ability to solve problems and multi-task

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including using tact and good judgment when dealing with others
