Job Title: Operations Support Analyst
Job Summary:
The Operations Support Analyst is a trainee professional role that requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produces daily and monthly reporting using appropriate systems.
- Adds/Modifies those reports doing changes when needed.
- Standardizes and optimizes MIS processes.
- Documents reporting processes.
- Guarantees a high quality of the MIS to fulfill business needs.
- Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
- Resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
Qualifications:
- Basic analysis and reporting skills.
- Basic level experience in a related role (combination of education/experience).
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Additional Qualifications:
- Preferencia de experiencia previa relevante.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office.
- Conocimiento general de informes del cliente en la industria y nuestros competidores.
- Conocimiento laboral de entornos de SQL y consultas de bases de datos.
- Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
Work Schedule: Lunes a Viernes, con 2 días de descanso entre semana. Horario 3 am a 10 am.
